I appreciate your point, Kerry. I'm aware that China, for example, built tons of new (empty) buildings a couple of decades ago for the sole purpose of providing jobs while adding nothing to either productivity or GDP. But still, it would seem that seeing a bounceback in jobs is better than not? What's your reaction to this piece?
